Your Banking Experience is About to Get Smoother.

Starting August 15,2022 our NEW online banking will make your financial journey personal again. In order to prepare for the upgrade YOUR ONLINE BANKING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM FRIDAY, AUGUST 12TH- MONDAY, AUGUST 15TH.

Your banking experience should be smooth, secure and the same on all of your devices. That's why soon, Grandview Bank will automatically upgrade your account to our Digital Banking Suite- free of charge.

It's a seamless enhancement across platforms. So no matter where you are or what device you want to use, you can:

  • VIEW your balances

  • TRANSFER funds

  • SCHEDULE recurring payments

And it's all in one convenient place. Whether you're on your laptop, smartphone or tablet, you can stay connected to your account.

Here's what you need to know before our Digital Banking Suite upgrade:

  • Your username will stay the same, but you'll be required to set up a new passcode. You'll need to log in with this information before you can use features like Touch ID, or Face ID on your mobile device. If you don't remember your current login credentials, give us a call. You will also be asked to set up a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method. This will be an extra layer of security for your online banking. If you run into issues, we'll be able to help.

  • When your upgrade is ready to go, our Grandview Bank app will automatically ask you to download the new version.

  • If you use bill pay, your existing bill payments and payees will automatically copy to the new system. If you use the current E-Bill feature to have some bills delivered directly to your online banking, you will need to set up a new way to receive those bills as our new digital banking does not have this feature.

Our financial institution is migrating to a new online and mobile banking system on Monday, August 15, 2022 and this upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks and Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

1st Action Date: Friday, August 12, 2022

A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before the date because transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: Monday, August 15, 2022

This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
  • Mint

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

After enrolling in on-line banking, you will have the option to add the bill pay feature which allows you to pay recurring, occasional, and one-time bills from your computer 24 hours a day.

Same Day Bill Pay- Schedule a payment to be delivered the same day for an additional fee of $10.95

Overnight Bill Pay- Schedule a payment to be delivered overnight via UPS for an additional fee of $16.95

*Expedited Payments is a premium service offered to Grandview Bank Online Banking with Bill Pay clients.


An e-Statement is the same thing as a paper statement except it is available on-line.  When the statement is ready, an e-mail is sent notifying you that your e-Statement is available through your Grandview Bank online banking account.

E-Statement delivery allows you to receive your account information quickly and securely.  Your statements are available on-line for 24 months.  However, you can save your statements on your computer for long-time access.  This convenient delivery method expedites statement delivery, eliminates the hassle of storing any paper statements, and provides you with a convenient, secure storage system.  It also helps the environment by reducing paper usage.  (Go green!) No additional fees apply.

To enroll in e-Statements, follow these simple steps:

  • Log on to your on-line banking account.
  • Go to the User Services Tab
  • Select Manage Account(s)
  • Click on Account Statements and follow the instructions provided.

Text Banking

Quickly receive your account information by text message. No sign-in is necessary. Text banking is a service that allows you to quickly request and receive account information by text message. You won't need to sign in and it's just as secure as our other mobile banking services. There are no fees for this service. (*Check with your mobile carrier, text messaging and web access charges may apply)

Mobile Website from your Mobile Browser

Our Mobile website allows you to access your account information and make transactions from your phone's web browser.

With Grandview Bank mobile banking you can:

Mobile Deposit

You can deposit checks directly to your checking or savings account right from your smartphone or tablet using your mobile banking app.

Open the Mobile App

  • Sign into your account
  • Click "MORE"
  • Choose "Check Deposits"
  • "Deposit a Check"
  • Choose which account you'd like to deposit your check into, and enter the amount of the check.
  • Take a picture of the front and back of your properly endorsed check, including your signature and account number.
  • Submit your check after you have verified all the information is correct, click "Submit".

*You will be charged internet access rates depending on your carrier.  Web access is needed to use mobile banking.  Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.
